You'll do:
You'll pressure-test problems, lead discovery, co-design the MVP, recruit early customers, and own the P&L.
You are:
Founder-mindset, strong communicator, relentless about customer value. Attitude beats experience—we'll offset first-time gaps with mentors, pilots, and training.
Product Engineer (Full-stack)
You'll do:
Ship fast in Next.js + Postgres, wire analytics, integrate payments/identity, and turn ambiguous briefs into working software.
You are:
Full-stack developer comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
Product Designer
You'll do:
Own research → wireframes → high-fidelity UI and usability tests. You love simple workflows, not dribbble-ware.
You are:
Designer focused on user outcomes and usability over aesthetics.
Growth / SDR (Studio)
You'll do:
Source ICP leads, run outbound (email/WhatsApp/phone), manage the CRM, and create early pipeline for multiple startups.
You are:
Sales development rep comfortable with outbound and pipeline building.
Operations (Studio & Portfolio)
You'll do:
Stand up export ops, pharmacy ops, agri cold-chain SOPs; measure SLAs; unlock working capital by fixing process gaps.
You are:
Operations leader who can build and optimize processes across multiple ventures.
Investment / Finance Analyst (Intern)
You'll do:
Keep the LP and deal pipeline tight, draft IC memos, verify tranche milestones, and build simple runway models.
You are:
Finance professional or analyst interested in venture capital and startup operations.
